i lugged the 30-pound, pink and purble box from the back of the warehouse to my cube up in creative services. every woman i passed stopped me.
“oh, that’s nice.”
“oh, whose that for?”
it amazed me that so many had to stop and admire the Barbie Dreamhouse. everyone was in awe. we talked about it all day long. we talked about if we had one, how we wanted one, and how this one was way better than the ones we had when we were kids.
it kind of made me happy that even as adults, the barbie dreamhouse had the ability to inspire the little girl in us.
