the kidlings and i are hanging out tonight. sisters #2 & 3 along with their respective husbands have joined an everyother saturday bowling league.

so that means i get to spend one saturday a month with jaycie and max (along with our regular tuesday date). anyway, i rented some movies to watch tonight.

max is easy. he’s a penguin obsessed little bugger. so when i stumbled upon “the penguin and the pebble,” it was a no-brainer. but i went out on a limb for jaycie. i snapped up “josie and the pussycats.” it’s rated pg-13 and i am not sure if it’s suitable for a nearly-4-year-old girl.

she so adores josie and the pussycats. i think this is one dilemma i’ll let the parents figure out. i am destined to be the wiggiest mom on earth.

we might make peanut butter cookies tonight too. clearly i am the best babysitter/aunt in the whole wide world.
