we’re in the famine stage of our cyclical work life. it’s a feast or a famine, such is the life of a copywriter. you work your ass off to get something done by deadline, and then you have to wait a few days to get the edits back. usually, i’ll have two or three things going at once. but when a project is really quite huge i end up with a day or so of nothing to do until the next freak out period.

so i’m trying to keep myself amused until i can get away with sneaking out.

in other news i’ve decided that i need a new baseball cap.

also, you should probably know that it was my very favorite co-worker of all time, jess’s last day today. in fact, she’s already left the building. i totally, totally wanted to cry. but i didn’t.
