my delightful, long-coveted, much-anticipated iPod will be here shortly and i haven’t decided on a name. i wonder if this is a little what sister #3 feels like with baby #3 due any day and no idea on what to name him (my endless pleas for Eli have fallen on totally deaf ears).
so should it be:
Roland? named after the Soul Coughing song “Rolling” because i think it would be funny to sing “i’m roland, i’m roland, i’m roland” to my iPod.
Jonas? because My name is Jonas and i’m carrying the wheel.
chuck? johnny? iggy? thurston? frank?
well those are the only ideas i have. my bigger concern for the moment is what on earth should be the first song played?
I Will Dare? Live? The album version?
Eyes Like Sparks? God Only Knows? Let’s Not Belong? Achin’ to Be? Fly me to the Moon? Illegal Tender? Lover You Should Have Come OVer? Jonas? True Dreams of Witchita?

I like Jonas as well. If I am not mistaken, the i-pod has a wheel too. You could be jodi, carrying jonas and his his wheel.
