i am considering bumping matt dillon to #2 on the celebrity crush list and moving john cusack into the top spot. as it stands now:
1. matt dillon
2. john cusack
3. jason lee
4. ben affleck
5. conan o’brien
the matter is still under debate in committee.
this will be a huge shake up in jodiland. it’s been matt at the top for so many years, except that brief flirtation with c. thomas howell (i liked ponyboy more than dally, what can i say?).
we will keep you posted as this story develops.

conan o’brien. oh lawdy does that man have sex appeal. funny and wickedly intelligent.
apparently he did his thesis on carson mccullers… or flannery o’connor… or maybe both. (uh, it was something dealing with the grotesque and southern writers…) but yeah, he said that if someone could find it and let him know what the hell he was trying to say he would fly that person out to be on his show.
i have little to nothing intelligent to say about the southern grotesque, but i sho’nuf tried to find that thesis! it’s worth a shot.
oh and, my point was going to be… if it were up to me, cusack would beat dillon out for top honors. but that might be a recent viewing of “better off dead” talking.
Definitely John Cusack! I’ve not yet seen America’s Sweethearts, but rented High Fidelity numerous times.
