I’m in the midst of suffering through Hemingway’s For Whom the Bell Tolls. I’ve often proclaimed quite vehemently that I dislike Hemingway. I ran out of work today like my hair was on fire, and it had nothing to do with the backtobacktobacktoback meetings. It had everything to do with the new Douglas Coupland book, Jpod, which landed on my doorstep today. (incidentally, Coupland is the super-famous author who HUGGED ME.
