two things.
first when i was very much younger than i am today, i loved with all my 13-year-old heart Lionel Richie’s song “Hello”. i thought it might be the most romantic song ever, right next to Chicago’s “Stay the Night.” yeah, so much for taste.
second, i miss the word hello. i even sorta miss hi. i’m not a big fan of all this hey nonsense. it’s not that hard to say hi and/or hello. personally i prefer hello, it just sounds much friendlier to me.

‘hello’ is my standard response. Unfortunately, several of the people I talk to regularly have taken to greeting me with “sup” and that kinda bugs me.
i’m a big fan of “yo” with my friends. formally, it’s “good morning, afternoon, etc” or “hello”.
I say “morning” no matter what time of day it is.
I am glad the Whhattzzzup from the Budweiser commercials has gone the way of the betamax.
In my dreams I’ve kissed your lips a thousand times.
I get tired of normal greetings, so I often go on themes. Sometimes it’s Pirate Day, or Greetings of the World, Luau, etc. I love Greetings of the World days. I get to pull out classics like “Mushi Mushi”.
