A few thoughts for the day, a list by the people who never changed out of their pajamas

  • I’ve been listening to the Charles Schulz biography whenever I’m in Ruby. While it’s mostly interesting, it bugs the shit out of me that the reader keeps talking about Schulz’s dad going fishing on Mille Lac, only he pronounces it Lock (like it probably should be) and not Lack (like we pronounce it here in Minnesota)
  • I made some ooey, gooey brownies and it’s taking all my self restraint not to sit down with the pan and a fork and eat until my heart explodes
  • Sometimes I feel a bit guilty for loving the movie “Gone With the Wind” as much as I do (it’s on right now) but then Rhet Butler says, “You should be kissed, and often, by someone who knows how” and I feel a little bit better
  • Feist is on Saturday Night Live, that’s the most exciting thing to happen to me all day
  • Next week is the much ballyhooed Guitar Hero party, I am going as Elvis
  • Costello, that is
  • Nablmo is probably going to kill me because I have been much more boring then normal lately

I bought it a couple weeks ago, but I’m still wrapped up on the Laurie Lindean ? replacement

The Schulz biography is good so far. It’s quite meticulous and I could do without the minute descriptions of the houses he lived in and all that. But at least it’s honest which is more then I can say for the Lindeen book.

    I’m excited to read it.
I’d love to hear your “take” on the Lindeen book.
Did you write your thoughts about it?
