Everyone I ever knew (high school, college, Peabo, Wolfdogg, coworkers, my sisters) went to a Rolling Stones concert. I got in free because the ticket guy thought I was cute. None of my friends were impressed by this, though I told them all repeatedly. Also, in the middle of their set, Mick Jagger walked out into the crowd and hugged me. He was very tiny and fragile. I thought it was cool and all, but even while hugging him I was wishing it was Keith Richards.

this is freaky – last night i had a dream that i knew you in college and you were calling someone to get a Rolling Stones song lyric right to write in a card. then i ended up in bed with david spade and we watching a white porcupine shoot quills. bizarre.
So the girl gets into a Rolling Stones show for free, when I’m paying $80 to sit somewhere in the upper deck. She gets right down by the stage, for free. She actually gets hugged by Mick Jagger. She is aware that Keith Richards has probably never hugged a fan in his entire life.
And yet she’s not satisfied…
