you know what would be super cool? if one of you darling ones, in your spare time, invented a web dicitionary that tracked all the words you ever looked up, whether it was the meaning or how to spell or what not. i think that’d be super interesting. because i know in the last two days i’ve looked up arduous, sardonic, affected, and titillating. two because i don’t know how to spell and the other two because i wasn’t quite sure what the meaning was, though i had a pretty good notion, sometimes it’s better to double check.

and i figured you, being the darling ones that you are, are super smart and could probably invent that on your coffee break or something. do peopel still take coffee breaks? i know i make webboy take breaks but usually we just eat some peanuts or jellybeans and talk about butt balm or books (well, actually i just lecture about books and he makes fun of me) or something.

also, i’m sitting here doing some work and listening to damien rice’s “lonelily” and it’s really damn, damn hard not to start belting it out like my heart is breaking.

I looked up titillating the other day to make sure I spelled it right. And I looked up quandary because I wanted to make sure I had the right meaning.

Wow, that would be a good idea.

Almost like a web page that links to Dictionary.com where you could find the spelling and definition of a word while it logges what word you were looking up. That’s a great idea, but would you want to keep entries like “Sysaphean” when the correct spelling is “Sisyphean”, or would you prefer it to be “smart” enough to figure out the correct spelling?

You could, theoretically, start a new weblog in MT and copy and paste the stuff you’re looking up. Not as cool as a web app – which I would totally love to build if I had any skills – but still a place to track your look ups.

I was looking for that Damien Rice track on O, and didn’t find it. Is that song off another album?
