eddie mcquestion died last night. eddie was my favorite bowler. he retired last year after bowling at (what is now my parents’) bowling alley for 50 years. i cried last year when eddie handed me his locker key and said, “hey, now someone else can have this locker. i’m the only person whose had that locker since the doors opened.” tomorrow is the wake. tomorrow, the night that eddie used to bowl. this makes me very sad.
