what is it about chocolate milk that is so very comforting?

even though i am drinking it out of a GIANT green beer mug (the kind you put in the freezer and the water in the sides freezes) it still makes me feel like a 4-year-old. which seems to be the theme of the day today. being a 4-year-old. i came out of the web closet today. telling my friends about the site. of course they were nothing but super supportive and full of compliments. i ate it up.

but it made me feel like a kid who is getting potty-trained. “oh gemmie, you went pee-pee in the pottie!” i shined and lapped up the compliments. i was so proud, i wanted to show everyone my big-girl underpants.

it’s thundering out. there will be no sleep for me tonight! i am a scaredy cat when it comes to thunderstorms. i think i watched the wizard of oz too much as a kid. i always think a tornado is not far behind.
