oftentimes i feel bad for heaping so much of my affection on Max and Nolie, i have two other nephews and a niece who i don’t write about nearly as much. Liam, of course is just a baby so there’s not much to write about. Cade, has no time for me when his beloved Auntie (sister #2) is around, and Jaycie just thinks i’m weird.

but Max and Nolie, they think the sun rises and sets on me.

today we all gathered at the Savage American Legion (Mom’s choice) for lunch in honor of mamala’s birthday. Max must have seen Ruby drive by the window because he greeted me at the door. Nolie spent most of the lunch trying to feed me his grilled cheese, and then i taught him how to say “YUMMMMY!” maybe it’s just that blondes find me more appealing than brunettes (jaycie) and redheads (cade).
