ok, it’s time to talk about the cosby kids. i’ve been trying to get this dream out of my mind all day, and have thus far been unsuccessful. i think the only way to excommunicate this demon is by talking about.

last night, i happened to catch about 30 minutes of that cosby show hooha on NBC. so really, not that much. apparently it was just the right amount of the cos to mess with my subconcious.

so i had this dream where i was at the huxtable’s house. i was hanging out with cliff, claire, theo and the whole gang. this was apparently old skool huxtableness because rudy was just a little kid– like 5 or 6.

anyway, i’m chilling talking about books or something. maybe i was playing with rudy. i’m not sure what the total scenario was but suddenly the whole huxtable gang started filing into the living room. the whole lot of them. . . cliff’s parents, sandra and elvin, denise, and vanessa. plus gobs of other people. apparently it was time for the ganja celebration.

that’s right. cliff and claire walked to the closet and pulled out these really weird bongs. it seems all the kids had their own bongs, even the huxtable grandparents did. all at once they started lighting up and passing the bongs around. the huxtables were getting high!

even in the dream i was mind-boggled. apparently this was some yearly huxtable custom of some sort, where they all just hang around, get stoned and dance for an entire day. but poor rudy would have none of it, she was just shocked and appalled that her parents and sibling were getting baked.

somehow, my memory is a little fuzzy at this point, rudy convinced them that this was bad, bad, bad and they all paraded to some woody area to bury the bongs and burn the pot.

that’s when i woke up.
