i lost my wallet. it has everything in it. driver’s license, credit cards, cash cards, cash, three good fortunes from various fortune cookies, my checkbook. most everything i need to get by in life.

this would be a totally alarming development had i realized it was lost before it was found. i got a call from Melanie, my chiliwinker writing friend, and she said that she found it in her car. she was worried that i was totally freaking out about it. only i wasn’t freaking out because i didn’t know.

good thing i didn’t need to buy stuff today.
