so i just asked my fabulous friend jodie about the oddness of someone not giving me his e-mail address after i asked for it. i mean, i have his phone number but he refuses to give me his e-mail addy. is that just weird? because i give my e-mail address to just about anyone who asks. does e-mail make us too accessible to people? what’s the deal? do you freely give of your addy? doesn’t everyone?

Maybe his email address is part of his own domain, including a blog, and he doesn’t want you to know about it. Yet.

I don’t give out my e-mail freely. I don’t want people to have access to my domain, and if I reveal the website then they get that too.
thats what i have a hotmail address for. If i don’t really know the person well, thats the address i give.
if its somebody who i know i’ll talk to, i’ll give them the address associated with my domain.
