so when i turned on Ogden this morning, his screen came on all sexxy in its flat panelness, only to go completely black 30 seconds later. hrmph, i thought, this is odd. so i turned off the flat panel sexxiness and tunred it on again. same thing. so i restarted Ogden, and turned on the monitor again.

repeat 3948 times.

finally i succumbed to calling dell technical support. after a delighful chat with a very apologetic young woman, we discovered my monitor blows chunks. they are gonna have to send me a replacement.

hrmph with a slight burst of yay.

so now i’m running Ogden using Oberon’s monitor and it just feels very freaky friday to me.
