“i watched Dogtown and Z-boys again last night, and you’re right it’s better than Gator [what we call the movie actually called ‘Stoked: The Rise and Fall of Gator’],” i said.
“i told you it was better,” wondergeek said.
“yeah, well, i think i like Gator so much because that all took place right around the time i was involved in that culture.”
“oh, i was never involved.”
“yeah, well i’m cooler. did you know they’re gonna make a dramatic fictional movie out of Dogtown,” i said.
“it’ll probably suck, there’s never been a great skateboarding movie. there was that christian slater one.”
“gleaming the cube.”
“it sucked, but the stunts were great.”
“what about back to the future,” i said.
“what about it?”
“wouldn’t that count as the best skateboarding move of all time?”
