dear father time,
i stopped watching tv and i don’t read the newspapers too often. so next time daylight savings rolls around could kindly send me an e-mail? see that way i won’t spend half the day thinking it’s 12:30 when really it’s only 11:30. i’ve been having problems keeping track of time lately and this is really screwing me up.

dear up too early,
last night while chatting i casually mentioned that our conversation had moved forward, while we had moved back in time.
if i’m planning on applying for the father time position, i better learn to be more clear and precise.
