the job description wasn’t on the bossman’s desk, it was on the bossboss’ desk. i’ve decided to cool it and not obsess for a bit. she might offer me the job, or eventually she’ll have to bring it up to me, we seem to have a pretty cool work relationship so i think she’ll be upfront with me.
next time i jump to the obvious negative conclusion you have my permission to kick my ass.
last night the TTHM told me i should change the name of the website to iwillfail.com.
i hate to admit it, but he was on to something. even though sometimes i do fail, but probably not enough as UH pointed out some time ago.

You’re not enough of a pessimist to have iwillfail.com. Save that for Richard Lewis. Iwilldare.com is good… you can dare to do anything, even fail, but the daring is the best part.
that doesn’t seem like a very nice thing to say, but i’ll give him the benefit of the doubt and assume it wasn’t so mean in context. otherwise i’d have to kick his ass.
