the radio’s on in my bedroom. i set my alarm so i wouldn’t sleep the entire day away, and because i am lazy– it’s still going off. i like to listen to the radio.
“tainted love” is on the radio at the moment. if i never have to hear this song again, i will not be sad. in fact, i bet i go on to live a happier and more productive life because i won’t have to stop and curse this song whenever i hear it.

my friend Sarah hates that song b/c she can never get it out of her head once she hears it. so I would randomly torture her by calling her cell phone and leave voicemails of me singing just enough of it to get it into her head. I even got her boyfriend doing it. she really hated us both. she hates the song Feliz Navidad too. I feel a voicemail coming on.
I love the song “Tainted Love,” as sung by Coil. I just recently saw the video, and I nearly cried. It was an AIDs awarness thing. It was very artsy, very cool. You should check it out sometime.
