i’ve just noticed that i don’t very often leave comments in the comment section of my own page. i read them complusively and wait anxiously for a number to appear. but i don’t write there too often. i guess because i think this whole site is for me to sound-off and really i have no business monkeying with the darling ones’ portion. does that make any sense? should i be a commenting fool?

i think you should write if you have something to say. i would think of it as a way to engage the people who read your site and maybe strike up more conversations, etc…thus possible hiking up the numbers you so hungrily wait for in the comment section…maybe?

i just read this book as suggested by a teacher of mine (i’m studying chemical dependency counseling) and thought it was incredibly interesting. this has nothing to do with anything you’ve written here, at least that i’ve read…unless you want to consider your penchant for obsessively checking for comments an addiction. 😛 i just thought it was a fascinating read.
well, if it’s numbers you like, i’ve found that people are a lot more likely to leave comments if you tend to respond to them. but whatever works for you – this is your site!
jodi, i think the comments you leave should only be comments that you make to yourself. not to other people. i think that would be fascinating. but that’s, you know. just me. 🙂
i’ve been having thoughts about the afterlife, i think it might not be so bad.
