it might be time to call in a professional moderator so that sleep and i can settle our differences. seems sleep has decided that it only need give me one decent night’s sleep a week. i however, wish for at least four or five good nights of sleep.
perhaps i am being too greedy.
i’ve done most everything i can think of to lure sleep back into my bed.
i only had two cans of pop today. the last one at around 2 p.m. no deliciously chocolatey and caffienated turtle mochas. nothing to eat past 7 p.m. really, i am trying to be good, but sleep ain’t buying it.
you’d think sleep would take pity on me, with tears streaming down my face from all the yawning i’m doing. but ol’ sleep is a tough’un and will have none of my yawny shennanigans.

take a real hot bath about an hour before bed. by making your body temp warmer, when it cools back to the normal temp you trick it into thinking it’s going into sleep mode. your body temp actually drops as you fall asleep. a doctor friend told me this bit of info once, hope something helps.
