baby jake is absolutely adorable. i love spending my afternoon smooching orangey-haired boys. i want a baby of my own. driving home from the hospital we laughed until we cried. talking about the children we might have and what they’ll be named and what they’ll be like. here are some highlights:

i am gonna have to marry someone 5’2″ so my kids don’t turn out to be some 7-feet tall”
“well, i was thinking of marrying someone asian so my kids don’t look like they have downs syndrome. my eyes are just too downward slanted.”
“i want to have three boys and one girl. then i can spoil her and she can be a princess.”
“i am gonna have to marry someone 7′ tall so i don’t have midget kids.”
“michelle will have the mullet, midget twins.”
“yes! they’ll be named rusty jr. and louella. the mullet midgets.”

it was way funnier when we were in the car.
