You never act the way you should, but I like it

Since I’m a big ol’ baby and I’m much too busy to run home to get Kathleen Turner Overdrive, the Wolfdoggy Dogg has let me listen to his MP3 stream through some sort of Willy-Wonkaesque magic I cannot even begin to understand.

I am a demanding listener (I’m a demanding lover, reader, and well person in general). I will scream SKIP SKIP SKIP when something super shitty comes on, and I will say things like “Can you please play something that isn’t afraid to rock?”

So far he’s done a rather good job of being my own personal DJ. Just now Posion’s “Talk Dirty to Me” came on. I nearly jumped out of my chair. This is was THE song to listen to the summer between 8th and 9th grade (I think it was then). We used to sit on Jenni Trunnell’s steps and sing this song over and over again. Then Dawn and I would re-enact the “You Can Call Me Al” video where she was Paul Simon and I was Chevy Chase.

Ahh, good tmes in the suburbs in the 80s. There wasn’t much else to do.

Oh, Oh, now it’s Motley Crue’s “Too Young to Fall in Love.” The desire to pop the heavy metal fingers and head bang is nearly overwhelming.
