well when i called the phone company this morning, customer service rep michelle was as mystified and appalled by my long distance charges as i was.

she wasn’t quite sure why i was charged about 78? a minute. she looked at past months bills and suspected i’ve been overcharged since about april of last year on my long distance. thing is, i don’t usually make that many calls. so when it’s only $15, instead of $232, you don’t usually notice.

but she said she’d figure it out, get me all the credits i have coming and call me with the new total.

yay for good customer service.
