this is why i don’t do the whole cosmetics thing. . . because it sounds like a really good idea when you’re look at all those cute little jars of good-smelling potions. but when it comes times to apply the crap, well it just stinks. right now my face smells a little like stale rotten fish or something that’s gone horribly bad, it’s sort of making me gag. . . and i’ve already washed it once. so is this moisturizer gone bad from lack of use? or is face stuff really supposed to reek like this?

i am so bad at being a girl. i can’t even moisturize properly. . . can you see me trying to apply eye shadow? fuck. how do most women do this? i can’t imagine intergrating some sort of make-up applying regime to my already frentic mornings (mornings that on a good day involved hair brushing, but that’s no guarantee).
