ok, here it is darling ones, my assignment for class. remember it was only supposed to be a paragraph, so don’t get your hopes too high. because that’s all it is– a paragraph. and not even a really good one at that.

I like it. You deliver the old, “man sees Elvis’ face in an inanimate object”, joke quite subtly. Now I want to know why he HAD to visit the grave. Was it the cucumber, or was it something else? Was the cucumber the “last straw”? Has he a collection of potato chips resembling The King? Velvet portaits in his house? Is he simply using Elvis as a mental tool to approach some inner inadequacies?
Either way, you’ve done good, kid. Now if he can only go home to his wife and dog with the same exuberance that he had back in 77′ when he and his best friend Chip went to Honner’s Creek to find frogs…
