you will be happy to know that on my way to work this morning i discovered i still know all the words to madonna’s vogue. of course, i can’t remember marc antony’s “friends, romans, countrymen” speech anymore. and i’m not quite sure what that says about me.

Venturing a guess? I’d say you’ve listened to Madonna waaayyyyy more times than you’ve seen (or read) Julius Caesar.
If it makes you feel any better, I know all the lyrics to “Baby Got Back,” and I can’t say more than three lines of that Caesar speech off the top of my head without the play in front of me.
