in honor of my pilgrimage to graceland in memphis, tennessee, lisa bestowed upon me her 20 year bottle of Frontenac Blanc D’oro 1978.
This is a tall green wine bottle, Gold Record Edition Always Elvis wine. it’s collector series one. The label has a likeness of double-chinned, sideburned, tacky big, white collar elvis on it.
it is a beautiful, beautiful thing. i even got a little choked up reading the poem from the colonel on the back. it’s just so beautiful and to think. . . lisa gave it to me!
