i hate people who say, “i don’t have time to read.” it pisses me off. it’s so damn snooty and condescending. those people who say that always look at you like you’re insane for reading books. like you are some slacker, no-responsibility adolescent.

sure my house isn’t the cleanest. and i miss a lot of junk on tv, but reading is something you make time for. everyone seems to have time to watch tv, yet they never have time to read books.

“oh, i’d love to read, i just don’t have the time.”

what? do these people fall right to sleep the minute their ass hits the bed? does it really take soooo much time to read 20-30 minutes before bed? i am most curious to know what they do to unwind before they fall asleep.
