so the job woes came to a head this morning, with ella (my co-hort) and I leaving in the midst of a meeting. Yes, I am a drama queen. Any remaining air of new-girl timidity has been shed and the gloves are off. Opinion as been spewing from my mouth all day. If I want this job it looks like I am going to have to fight for it. And here I thought all would be settled when they hired me for this position. Despite how angry and frustrated I am, you must be proud of me darling ones, I didn’t cry. I wanted to cry. I wanted to grab my keys and go home and never come back. I wanted to quit and go back to my own department. But I didn’t. now that the dust has settled, we’ll see if anything comes of this. More meetings must take place (blech!), but hopefully this will clear some things up and give me something to do. That’s my main goal, I just want to have something to do. Is that too much to ask for? Sheesh.

That still beats me. If I can’t fix it with my club, it’s broke, I figure.
I’d be wary of offering help to a tech illiterate if I were you, though.
that’s sorta my job. . . the one i get paid for at work. . . well the one i’d do if they let me. . . teach tech illiterates how to use our software.

yeah, i am usually really good at crying and being a victim. but i can only take so much. i have a really high tolerance, but once i reach that point. . . well it all comes out. i am hoping things get a lot better from here on out.
