i just spent over $160 on soft, shiny and good-smelling girlie stuff. i have no buyer’s remorse. but that might change next week when all i get to eat are ramen noodles and peanut butter. i bbq-ed for the last time today. at least, i don’t think i have to tan. i went into the super-duper-mega-watt-bronze-o-matic. it was pretty trippy, for about 48 seconds– then i fell asleep.

i tried walking in my shoes. i feel like Lurch in drag. for some reason i thought the minute i donned a set of high-heeled shoes i’d be feeling all leggy-supermodelish. i was wrong.
