hi. how the hell are you? i’ve been sick, sad, silly, busy, and i baked about 39 dozen cookies last night. we plan on eating them today and then doing shots of black balsam in honor of the holiday and a co-worker’s birthday. only THREE more working days until i have 12 days off in a row. wahoo!

Nice to have you back…12 days off? The only way I could get 12 days off (or 2 for that matter) is to go to jail…and even then my company would find a way to sneak in a Blackberry and cell phone. Merry Christmas!
see, your company needs to have a use it or lose it policy. they cannot deny me my 12 days off if they are just going to take them away.
Is your co-worker Latvian? I can’t believe my eyes Jodi, I’ve been reading your blog for more than half-a-year without commenting a word, admiring or disapproving you silently. And what now, I read you are about to try the drink made in this god forsaken country I live in, the place even amazon wouldn’t send their goods! is there anything more amazing than this?
BTW, you should have tried black balsam while you were sick. A shot of it is able to heal any disease, except maybe for a broken leg. I know it from experience. Anyways, cheers and, yes, nice to have you back.
