you know what sucks the most about getting your infected wisdom teeth pulled at 31 instead of at 19 like most normal people? you have to pay for it yourself. hrmph!
I know the feeling jodi. I’ve been having some dental work taken care of myself and because of insurance limitations, I have to wait until NEXT YEAR to do more if I want insurance to help pay any more of the tab. I might even have to put some parts off until the following year which sucks even worse.
I had mine out earlier this year, at 25, and I *wish* I’d put down the cash to have them removed by a qualified professional. Being a poor stydent, I opted for the $150 at my university’s “teaching clinic” vs the $700 bill to have them done elsewhere. The student who operated on me had never done an extraction before. The freezing wore off four times. I was in excruciating pain for a week.
Yet another reason I think we need a Democrat like Howard Dean running this country.
