for those of you who care about such things i am currently obessessing most compulsively about Jason Mraz’s “You & I Both. c’mon, the lyrics include: “see i’m all about them words/ over numbers, unencumbered numbered words/ hundreds of pages, pages, pages forward/ more words then I had ever heard and I feel so alive”

and now you know how i’m spending my sunday afternoon– staring aimlessly into space and listening to that song over and over again. i should, actually, be working on my short story and re-working the memphis thing for backwash, but i slept too much and i’m having a rather hard time shaking the dreams. my body, for some reason or other, decided it would be a really good idea to sleep like 10 hours in a row. my back is killing me and my hair is sticking up.
