you’re not dying, now get in your car and come pick me up

trying to go back to working after getting semi-involved with Eudora Welty’s No Place for You, My Love is next to impossible. luckily (?) i have meetings the rest of the day. afterwards i should have some time before class to finish reading the short story. i spent some more time with my bra shopping pieces and i think i’m pretty close to satisified. i’m still not entirely convinved they aren’t cliche. i don’t know if i’ve ever read anything about bra shopping. has anyone?

in other news i would pay someone to meet me at my house at about 10:15 p.m. and then rub my tummy until i fall asleep. i’m not feeling so swell.

Nice “Ferris Bueller” reference in the posting title… My favorite exchange is:

    “Why’d you hit me!?”

    “Where’s your head!?”

    “Why’d you hit me!?”

    “Where’s your head!?”

It’s one of the most honest sounding exchanges of dialogue I’ve ever heard.
