poor heather lives in some weird communist state where dawson’s creek isn’t on until friday. if i were her, i don’t know if i could wait so long. if you inhabit the same weird, anti-dawson’s kind of place as heather, don’t read any further.
so, it’s all over. i spent the past hour snotting all over myself. it was so sad. but all’s well that end’s well. joey chose with pacey. i don’t have to riot in the streets. i was gonna, but the writers made the right decision.
that’s just the way it should have been.
YAY!

Jodi, you have GOT to be a good friend to Heather and tell her not to even watch the last episode because it ends sooooo wrong! 🙂
P.S. If you hear about a riot in Salt Lake City over the tragic ending of DC, you can bet I was right in the fray. Somehow I restrained myself from throwing the TV out the window, but if I leave the house, mayhem shall occur! I hope the neighbors don’t call the police because of the blood curdling scream I let out when I saw Pacey with Joey. *sigh* My little heart is broken.
Insanity! Joey belongs with Pacey… it’s the only way. It’s right. They got it right this time and I am SO happy.
I thought Joey belonged with Rachel? Or is it Ross? Oh… wait.. wrong show.
Joey and Pacey!!!!!!
The whole Jenn-thing was sad and I thought, overdone. But the Jack/Dougie storyline more than made up for the trainwreck that was Jenn & Jack.
I too wanted Dawson and Joey to be together, I watched them from the very start and being in that unrequited love state like Joey was, I wanted a happy ending for her and Dawson. But hey, Dawson gets to talk to Spielberg, and Pacey did give her that wall. And at least all three of them agreed that Dawson and Joey are soul mates, meant to be together on that Platonic plane, but not in the passionate throes of lusty sex. Dawson and Joey’s love transcends the bounds of material gravity and Jen and Gram will be together soon.
Well at least I still have Anne of Green Gables. *sigh*
Thanks for the forum Jodi.
I clicked to the Dawson link you provided and took the personality test, I am Joey Potter!!! Wow. Jodi, have you taken it yet? Maybe you get to be Joey Potter too!!
I have the last episode taped but I know what happened. Leading up to that, though, I wondered which inevitability would succeed – Joey and Dawson need to stay friends in order to be in each other’s lives OR Joey and Pacey need to be lovers in order to…yadda yadda. Same end, different means.
Kevin dun good in my estimations.
yay!! joey & pacey! i knew jen would be the one to bite it. i laughed and yelled “pacey was right!” at the tv when doug kissed jack. *sighs* i liked all the little pot-shots they took at themselves, too. it was very well done.
