also, it’s time for me to apologize to all the copyeditors i’ve hated before. i’m sorry. editing my copy must have been painful. now, i feel your pain. there’s nothing i can do about the past. however, i can promise you copyeditors of jodiwritingpast, that i will never utter “that’s what copyeditors are for” when someone catches my mistakes.
