i turned to todd and sonja right after i got off the phone.
“you will both be happy to know that i am getting my hair cut today.”
“happy?” sonja said.
“yes, it’s getting pretty wonky and needs to cut.”
“i kind of like hair that’s a little longer,” todd said.
“this is not longer, it’s a mullet and it must be gotten rid of,” i said.
“it’s not a mullet,” sonja said.
“oh yes it is, i can admit it. you’re just being nice!”
