i accomplished my goal for today. . . well it was technically my goal for yesterday, but since i haven’t gone to bed yet, it’s still officially today in the jodiverse.

i put away, dusted and arranged all my books. and i counted them too! all 332 of them. well that’s 332 that are on display. there are about 120 dirty little secrets hiding in boxes on the top shelf of my closet.

332. . . i thought i had more. i’m a tad bit disappointed. but at the same time oddly rejoiced. because that means after i finish bird by bird and chronicle of a death foretold, i can go buy more books, guilt free! yeah, i promised myself i wouldn’t buy anymore books until i finished reading all the ones i got for my birthday. and bird by bird marks the last one. wahoo!
