it’s 7:30ish on a monday morning, my heart is beating crazy mad and i am so giddy i can’t stop smiling.

i just checked my work e-mail to see what’s one the docket for today. i have meetings everyday this week. surely the corporate gods are mad at me. but that’s not the reason for the heart-beating giddiness.

i got an e-mail from ray.

ray! i love ray.

ray was my most favorite orange-haired boy in college. he’s so damn great. ray’s someone i met through sister #2 and went to UWEC with me. ray and i hung out so much at the bars one semester that everyone thought we were dating.

and now he’s gonna be in the cities this week and i am so excited my pulse is going all goofy. i haven’t seen ray since jaycie was a baby.

oh man! what a way to start the week. yay!
