hi, first i’ve decided i want to be the internet’s sweetheart. i figure if ben brown can be an interent rockstar, then clearly i can be the internet’s sweetheart. a befitting nickname for me, don’t you think?

also, i just want you to know that i have decided that i am pretty fan-fucking-tastic. yes, the realization hit my yesterday. i am a pretty cool girl. i am caring and witty. i am a good catch. sometimes i just don’t understand why i have such a hard time liking myself. sure i have issues, and i am not perfect. but who the hell is? a lot people are sitting here, reading this and thinking, duh? why don’t you tell us something we don’t know. but for me, it’s taken awhile. sometimes i am not all that quick. i’ve decided today that i really kinda like myself. hell, if i’d totally want to be my friend if i weren’t me. i am magical and amazing.

i am sure this point of view will change shortly. all y’all know how damn moody i can be. but i think this is step number one in the upgrade to jodi 3.0. i am pretty sure that even jodi 2.9 is gonna be damn good.

my 29th year is going to be marked as the year that i accept who i am.
