utoh. i think i just caught a cold. this is not so good. but suddenly i am stuffy nosed and scratchy throated. i caught it somewhere between the meeting room and my cell. i am so not happy with this sudden development.

Get two bottles of Lizard Blizzard (LizBlizz in some areas of the country) by SoBe. It tastes like pina colada and has Zinc, Echinecea and Vitamin C. Chase them down with some HiC fruit punch and a multi vitamin. Then take a hot shower, drying your hair completely. Have a good dinner and get some sleep.
