Gaah! All those “barriers” and “community components” and “measuring of outcomes” –it reminds me of the worst parts of my old job. At least there’s one good thing about it–never have I been so motivated to clean the bathroom, vacuum the rug, or do any other hated chore, as when I’m procrastinating on writing a grant.
