Brett, I&#039;m so sorry for your loss. Your mom sounds like she did an awesome job with her sons. Anyone who introduces their kids to Maya Angelou is doing something right.

If Chicago is any indication of my reaction to the &#039;Mats I&#039;ll be the incredibly tall girl with the surprisingly delighted look on her face. I give hugs freely.

I&#039;m glad my awesome parents introduced me to Maya Angelou. Thanks, Gail Lettice Adams  (my mom), who died on April 22, 2014. You instilled a restless and artistic spirit in your four boys, who will carry your joie de vivre forevermore.
