It’s taken The Tibbles a bit of time to get the hang of it too. I think you just have to figure out by feel. They’re totally jealous because all mine are so awesome.

(I’m only four chapters into The Golem & The Jinni, but so far I am digging it.)

I love spirographs – that alone makes it a good day. I was amazed last year when I taught 5-6 year olds and they could not get the whole spirograph thing. I may or may not have stopped letting them play with it in a fit of pique.

Also, I am reading the Golem and the Jinni right now too.

A belated Happy Birthday! You don’t know me, but I love your book reviews and your blog, so I wish you’d had a better birthday. I realize this won’t help much, but I just wanted to say it anyway. (A Spirograph is pretty great, though.)
