In reply to <a href="https://iwilldare.com/2012/11/stream-of-consciousness-blogging-my-new-red-pajama-pants/#comment-31231">NBFB</a>.

I was wondering if I'd need bifocals, but apparently not. He said my eyes were fine and haven't actually changed much since my last exam.

I do notice that when I'm on the computer at night I get some of the eye strain. Like I can't get anything on the screen to focus. I usually take that as a hint to turn it off.

I need bifocals, sort of. Few years ago, while conversing with the eye Dr. about eye strain, he suggested I consider something because of all the computer time I log. Sort of like reading glasses, but not quite - computer glasses. He wrote me a script for a +1. I got a pair of cheap, computer glasses which I wear only at work.

They work great at keeping the eye strain at a minimum.
