I am about one third of the way through. I started a couple of months ago. Because of work and life I am not as far as I would like to be. INFINITE JEST is one of those very rare novels, to me at least, where I don’t want the story end. Slow is good. Some writers I will read and that will be it. Wallace, on the other hand, is read and processed. (I hope that makes sense.) It’s not light reading, but brilliance rarely is.
