It was good, but a bit too long and super heavy on the lit crit. I have a Master’s in English and should’ve eaten it up, but it was too much. I did like the characters, and I was happy with the ending, so I still recommend it.

@Lori, I have not read that yet. I have a thing with buzz books. . . they kind of irk me. I wait until I have forgotten what the buzz was and then pick them up. It’s why I still haven’t read the Art of Fielding even though everyone says it’s amazing. So The Marriage Plot is on my list, but probably not until summer.

Right now I’m reading Zazen by Vanessa Veselka (which I might not finish, not sure about it) and listening to The Fault in Our Stars by John Green (two chapters in and I’m in love).
